I don't know about the thetford toilet but you can find a detailed sketch with precise measurements of the toilet seat TC50TTA on the Bemis website www.bemisseats.com That is where I checked my old one to before I purchased it through Amazon. Once on their website select the model TC50TTA specification sheet. There are a couple of additional photos of the seat showing the fittings as well as the seat. Hope this helps

Answer:	Gosh, mine does not separate. Three pieces in the center. Maybe your outside brackets are too far apart? Mine is 4 1/4 inside measurement between the two brackets.

Question:	In order to mount it to the side of a vanity cabinet, would it work to use the two small holes for smaller screws, instead of the anchor attachment
Answer:	My TP measures 1 1/2 inch of paper. There is a little more than 1/4 inch of room to the wall. If the Mega roll paper is wider than 1 3/4 inch...It will be a very tight fit! It is a lovely holder and may be worth trying a different TP

Answer:	Since this holder is designed for small spaces, any size roll is going to touch the wall.
Question:	Does this style come as a set also
Answer:	If I'm not mistaken, I believe you can install the bracket in either direction. The holder fits over bracket housing and is tightened with the small screw on the bottom.
Question:	Does the roll holder bar actually "pivot"? It looks like it is fixed in place
Answer:	Make sure your set screw is catching the long flange on the wall. Position is critical. Once correctly affixed it will not.breakaway. just installed 5 of these in my home.

Answer:	OK, they come with a type of "bang in the wall" kind of fasteners don't use these buy the screw in kind Home depot or Lowes if you screwing into a 2x4 just use the screw not the dry wall plastic anchor. this is a very good piece and I'm buying another one for up stairs bath good luck.

Answer:	Hello, The distance from the center of one mounting bracket to the second is 7 1/2" In case you need it, the total width of the holder is 9 1/2" and the depth from the wall out will be 3.1" I hope this helps.
Question:	What’s the dimensions from center to center
Answer:	Being as it is made to "mount" not stick you would have to somehow fill in the hollow mount area to be able to stick it. Best case, visit your local Home Depot and look at it. Open a box or have them do it and see what you are asking about. Drywall anchors work well, or use their mounting hardware. It's a nice piece, next remodel for the kids bathroom will be another same piece. Well worth it.

To remove the paper holder from the wall you will need to locate the notched opening on the underside of the decorative mounting post. Using a small flat bladed screwdriver, you will need to push the screwdriver up into the opening; while pressing upward you can then rock/wiggle the mounting post loose from the hardware. Answer:	I moved into a newly remodeled (2016) house that has this style small and large towel racks in the rubbed nickel finish, so those items should be available in this finish, as well. Lowe's or Home Depot may be good sources.
