Answer:	I would check the website. I don't know if the warranty is transferable. Usually you have to have the original purchase receipt. Answer:	Really depends on what GPUs you're going to use, but yes in most cases. The other thing you will need to account for is the fact that this PSU doesnt have a lot of PCIe cables.

Answer:	It is most likely to fit. The only issue you may have is in matching up the screw holes in the back. They didn't for me, so I used the screen holes along the edge, which were close enough to the edge for me to get a tight fit. Conversely, if that hadn't worked, I was going to get some washers to increase the width, so it would overlap to the edge of the tower.
