Answer:	It is more like a thick foam and no it will not show. It fits under it.
Question:	All the 10" models say "Kitchen". Is there some good reason this can't be used in the bathroom to cover the two extra holes in an 8" widespread
Answer:	As long as it fits I don't see why not. Just make sure the tightening screws don't interfere with the faucet hoses. And make sure not to screw it down too hard. I made that mistake and it tends to lift on the outer edges, but then I used it for kitchen. Good luck

Answer:	The transmitters work up to around 130-230 ft within the home. But this will depend upon the environment in which it is working. If the building contains ironwork in the walls, thick concrete walls or floors and other wireless technology such as weather stations and wireless thermostats or other interference, then this can greatly reduce transmission ranges and possible cause the monitor to drop its link. If you have problems receiving a signal from the transmitter try moving the monitor around the building to find the optimum hi signal areas.
