Question:	Will it work on clog that is several feet past the trap in shower
Answer:	At least in my bathroom sink, it was a disaster. This product dissolved something and the pvc pipe detached from the pipe under the sink causing a leak that damaged everything I had inside the cabinet and the hair was still in there. I had a clogged sink and now I have a useless sink because I have to find a plumber to fix the pipes. Thankfully I have two more bathrooms with sinks that I can use. Answer:	I think it depends on how long a pipe you have and the pitch of the pipe. I have a 30 ft almost level drain from my kitchen sink. I had a very slow drain but it was many feet past the trap so the blockage did not backup the water quickly. I tried 4 applications of Green Gobbler over 2 days (yes I used hot water, 30 minute soak, overnight soak, boiling water, etc) and it did not work. I will try the Green main line stuff, and the bio-clean. Hope something works.

Answer:	My disposal was clogged up when it quit working and the water was also backed up in my dishwasher. I ordered some more Green Gobbler with the 2 spouts and used one in my disposal, waited 15 minutes +, then poured a pan of hot water in it again about 15 or so minutes. It just sat there and didn't go down, but the next morning it was down. I poured another pan of hot water in and the clog was gone. Had to dip out my dishwasher, but then everything worked well. BTW, I wouldn't recommend standing over the sink after pouring in the hot water, because it does fume some.

1. Remove the drain cover if needed. Loose the screw in order to pull out cable

2. Push cable into the drain until the stoppage is reached

3. Leave around 4-5 inch cable outside and Tighten the screw to lock the cable

4. Pull auger and use slightly forward pressure then rotate the handle to twist.Fill up with water when it gets hard to pull

Answer:	If your talking about the stopper apparatus to hold water from draining, mines is under the sink attached to the drain pipe. It was hard to navigate the auger through the curve of the pipe, so I went ahead and removed the pipe attachment closest to the wall. Hope this helps and good luck !

Operation Guidelines

1.Hold the wire and loosen the screw to allow the wire to be pulled out of the housing;

2.Pull the wire out and push it into the pipeline;

3.If you can't get the wire into the pipeline or get to a blockage in the pipe, then tighten the screw and press the handle and wire toward the pipeline while turning the hand crank clockwise to break up the blockage and until the wire continues into the pipeline. You can fill the pipeline with some water to help remove the blockage, but only if there is still some movement in the drain. Pull the snake spring out by your hand, and insert it into your sink until the clog is reached. If you can't get the wire into the pipeline or get to a blockage in the pipe, then tighten the screw and press the handle and wire toward the pipeline while turning the hand crank clockwise to break up the blockage and until the wire continues into the pipeline.

Step 4

When the snake spring reach the clog, tighten the thumbscrew and turn the drum clockwise using the knob, until the clog is removed. You can fill the pipeline with some water to help remove the blockage, but only if there is still some movement in the drain. If all goes well, the blockage will be washed away and the pipeline will be unplugged.

Answer:	Very simple to use, you can always call for their enthusiastic service team. I don't know how your pipe is, but the drain snake has three styles that should satisfy you.
Question:	Do you have to remove the drain plug (stopper) to use the auger
Answer:	Nope, I was able to jam down without removing plug. (Frankly, I couldn't figure out how to remove plug. It was so stuck with my long hair wrapped around) I was able to shove the snake down multiple times to pull up gunk from both side of the plug until water moved freely clearing my clogged drain. I should say, I only used the orange plastic snake tool.
Question:	What is the diameter of these? I have a pretty small area for the snake to get through
