I use my bags to carry various tools (heavy load) and they work extremely well. I do recommend coating bags with something like RUST-OLEUM NEVERWET liquid repelling treatment(avail at Amazon) inside and out if bags are to be used outdoors. |

| Answer: | You can find answer by Checking specs on description. P65 is a blanket description that State of California warns individual on health hazards. I assure that even if listed on bag there is no hazmats connected with bag. I would not worry. Look up P65 and see all that it covers. |

| Answer: | In total I have bought three of these in different sizes. The larger is the one I use for tools; all three are constructed similarly and are very sturdy. The bottom is hard with rubber "legs" to hold it up. The material and handles and zipper are very good quality. |
