Question:	can it drill 1/4 holes into plastic
Answer:	----Its not the drill, It's the BIT ----Hanson makes particular bits for drilling plastic, with any drill regardless of voltage, and theyre available most any good hardware store or Tap Plastics. They have a particularly pointed tip, so don't ever attempt to ever use them on wood or metal, as doing so would render it crapp for plastic use from then on. I have 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 in my arsenal, and they pretty much cover any plastic, ABS, PVC, and especially Plexi-Glas projects I encounter. Yeah, they're a buck or two higher than regular bits, but they also wont crack your pretty plexi-glas project all to hell like a standard twist drill bit will.

Answer:	I had an oportunity to use the 18V when I installed the railings on my father in laws staircase. I worked absolutely great but I had to keep switching batteries and kept one on the charger. He got it last Christmas. I told myself then the Dewalt was far superior to the two brands of portable drills I was using that I was going to get a Dewalt for myself. Honestly, when I ordered the 20V I assumed it was the same as my father in law had but his was the 18V. I would be happy with either but the 20V I have is smaller in size and lighter than the 18V that he has. Plus the 20V lithium batteries last a long long time before you have to recharge but then again replacement batteries are expensive. I just used the 20V to build my garage and so far I've only swithed batteries 5 times and that includes all the siding, drywall, wire routing. BTW I use the new star bit screws for everything they are far superior to phillips and I have given all my boxes of phillips screws away; along with my two "other brand" cordless drills.

Question:	Can I use this to drill holes
Answer:	Yes, you could drill holes but you need drill bits with special ends to fit the screwdriver. You can also use spade bits. The screwdriver may not drill many holes until it needs recharging.
Question:	How does one know when charging of this screwdriver is completed
Answer:	Today Nov 18, 2018. I got the new screwdriver. The charge unit had a red led light came on when charging / no light is complete.

Answer:	It is packaged with two bits. One phillips and one straight slot bit.

Answer:	Yes it come with a charger.
Question:	When reverse mine the trigger delays for about 2 seconds before it starts running does the same thing going forward is is this normal
Answer:	Seems to be normal. Mine all do that. I have many 24v brushless Kobalt tools.

Answer:	It's a drop-in type battery, I got to say though this is the best item I've ever bought. Because I'm up there in age I like to keep it in my truck in case I have a flat tire.
Question:	Is this good for removing lug nuts
Answer:	Yes! My lugnuts are torqued to 150 ft/lb and it removes them with no problem.
Question:	Will this be enough to change car wheels
Answer:	I has more then enough torque to take the lug nuts of a car. and tighten them back down.
Question:	can i use the 5 ah
Answer:	Yes, a lot of us use the 5ah 20V since it lasts a lot longer..
Question:	Does it have more power than the newest snap on cordless 3/8 impact
Answer:	No, slightly less...by about 10 ft.lb. BUT- SnapOn uses NiCad 14.4v and total cost is 3x more. Dewalt uses a 20v Li-on battery and would last longer. I bought the bare tool & have 4 batts to interchange with my DW impact driver & DW hammer drill. The 3/8" is a good tool for bench work and some smaller auto tasks. Get a 1/2" for the big stuff. Can't go wrong with Dewalt. I'd never buy a NiCad or NiMh battery tool again, these batteries don't have a shelf life and have memory recharge issues.
Question:	Will a 20v Max 1.5 battery fit this impact
Answer:	Yes it will fit. The 1.5 may not last as long between charges. I use a 3ah battery instead but use it daily/commercially.
