Answer:	27.5 by 21.5 inches. The cabinet is hollow with an open bottom. There is a 1 inch piece of metal that runs the perimeter of the inside cabinet base so if you are going to have thru bolts and nuts you will need to keep them inside the metal band as well (or you can drill thru the banding). Also in the corners inside the base there is a 45 degree piece of metal as well that is once inch wide at the widest point.

Answer:	My Amish neighbor purchased this planer through me and is very satisfied with it. It has a cast iron table and I assume rollers on the top, before and after the cutter head. He has rotated the cutters one time in the 2.5 years he has used it. It is a very good machine. By the way, he has it hooked to a line shaft after removing the electric motor.

I must have put my Shop Fox Manual in some clever spot where I can't locate it so I would not let that bother you. Just go to Grizzly and order them. The exact knife size is 6 1/4" L x 7/8" W x 3/32" D. Good luck.

Answer:	No cause for concern. The knives don't cut AS clean, but if it's set up well and you have quality knives, they're just fine and cheap to sharpen/replace. Regarding the other response for this question, you don't sharpen the segmented cutter head carbide inserts... after you rotate them three times, toss them and put some new ones in--they're pretty cheap. You can always get a Lux III or a Byrd as an aftermarket upgrade for this and split up the cost over time if you don't like the straight knives. The segmented heads will deal better with curly figuring and burl with less tear out, they're quieter to use, and better for dust collection. They also add a significant cost, whether you start with one already installed or upgrade on your own later.

Answer:	The maximum cutting depth at a 90 degree angle is 2 1/8 and the maximum cutting depth at a 45 degree angle is 1 5/8. A 2x4's actual dimensions are 1 1/2 by 3 1/2 so it would be able to cut from a 90 degree or a 45 degree angle.

Answer:	Ester-C raw material is distributed in the US by The Ester C Company located in NY State. It's essentially a front and, I think, it employs just 4 people. Raw material is owned and supplied to The Ester C Company by the Chinese concern Jiangsu Aoxin Biotechnology Co Ltd. I believe all Ester C anywhere is sourced through them as they own the patent. I also believe that its quality is quite good and reliable. I do not know where Soplgar conducts the final assemblage, so to say. Probably in the US. Howevr, again - all Ester C raw is sourced from China.
