Question: | Will the s tool cut tile with the right blade |
Answer: | Yes. They make tile blades. Haven't used them more than once. It's a learning process. Have to get the right vibration going. I believe they were Bosch or Fein. Hope this helps. User questions & answers
Question: | does it have a rotating handle like the super sawzall |
Answer: | No, but I love this saw. I cut down a 20 foot dead Dogwood tree with mine and a long blade. I really like the power of this saw. |
Question: | Does Milwaukee make a corded compact sawzall auch as the dewalt style yet? If so, can anyone drop me somw links? Thanks in advance |
Answer: | Porter cable is not made here since black and Decker bought the brand it has been reduced to consumer grade garbage. Not heavy duty at all...... |
Question: | where is it made |
Answer: | It says "assembled" in USA - whatever that means.... |
Question: | What is the red button on top |
Answer: | It adjusts the width of the kerf (the gap left by the saw blade when it cuts). Full left and it only leaves a kerf wide enough for the blade; this is the default setting when cutting lumber. Move it to the right and the blade "wobbles" as it cuts leaving a wider kerf; useful when sawing through tree branches and other "green" wood so the saw blade doesn't bind as easily. The further to the right you move the button, the wider the kerf. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does it have the option to turn the blade sideways |
Answer: | Hi. No, this cannot be turned sideward. The blade that is. |
Question: | Do the CP 2.0 batteries fit this |
Answer: | Yes you can use a 2.0 although it’s not going to last you that long when it comes to these kind of tools you don’t want to use anything less than a 4.0 M 18 battery once you get 2.0 all the way up to a 12 amp battery But obviously the bigger the battery the more run time you’ll have |
Question: | Anybody put a 12 ah battery on this? Thanks for help |
Answer: | Yes it will work. The M18 batteries are all interchangeable with all of the M18 tools. The people who say that you can't clearly don't understand how electronics work. You could put a 1,000,000 amp hour battery on it if you're only drawing 18 volts. The 12 ah is a hefty battery though and would be complete overkill. |
Question: | Does this saw come with a case |
Answer: | No, the 2720-21 and -22 have cases, all -20 tools are just the bare tool. Check ebay for a case. |
Question: | dose it came with a hard carrying case |
Answer: | The one I bought did come with a hard case. However, it was the cordless model. It would not hold a charge for more than 5 mins. I finally returned it. Bought a corded DeWalt. It's not the same focus but it works good. It doesn't have a hard case, at least the one I bought. |
Question: | Is the battery charger included in this kit |
Answer: | If it comes with batterys it will have a charger. I would only buy the 28v if you have other tools that are 28 volt. Get the Milwaukee M18 sawall. |
Question: | Does this sawzall come with 2 battery's charger and a case |
Answer: | Mine came with 2 batteries and the case for the red hardshell plastic case for the saw |

Question: | Does this take m18 batteries |
Answer: | YES IT DOES. |
Question: | Is this a new tool or is it used and how long is it warranteed |
Answer: | It was a new tool |
Question: | Does this still come with Milwaukee’s warranty? From what I was reading a refurbished tool does not have a warranty |

Question: | What is the difference between 2625-21 and 2625-21CT |
Answer: | The CT has a counter vibration feature. From what I have recently gathered and assuming that I'm getting the right info, it is also about 2 pounds heavier. |
Question: | Ok am i an idiot or do i have a defective device? i can only stick in certain blades upside down. unless there are special blades for the 'hackzall |
Answer: | I am able to use all blades available for a sawzall on my hackzall. I have to admit that sometimes I don't twist the rotating mechanism that holds the blade around far enough for the blade to fall in and fasten securely but other than that I have had no difficulties. I have used blades from Milwaukee as well as generic blades. |
Question: | How does the Milwaukee hackzall M12 stand up to the M |
Answer: | The M12 hackzall is lighter and smaller and will fit in tighter places. It is for light duty work only. The M18 hackzall is far superior to the M12 in all other ways. |
Question: | Hi, will this sawzall work with my M18 batteries |
Answer: | No. It will not work with the 28 volt line. Sorry. I’d go with the new 18 volt version if I had to do it now. 28 volt batteries are getting scarce and they are expensive. |
