Question:	Does this saw come with a stand
Answer:	NO! Even though Delta and DeWalt are very similar, The DeWalt stand has to be adapted to fit the Delta saw. Takes a few minutes.
Question:	What is the 'thing' on left side? How easy to change blade, need a tool? Disappointed no light, any available
Answer:	That black tube thing on the left is an adjustable hose that blows puffs of air (generated I think from the up and down motion of the upper arm) which will help keep your lines clear of sawdust. Changing blades is a snap, simply loosen the thumb / wing screw on the top arm and the lower holder and slide out the blade. As for the light, I make due with a shop lamp that I have hanging from the ceiling of my garage. You can check woodcraft or rockler for magnetic portable lamps that may stick to the saw somewhere - not sure if its magnetic everywhere, never tried
Question:	The saw is great but I can not get the hold down to stay in place. I move the wood and it also moves. Any thoughts
Answer:	I removed mine even though it held just fine as I found that it got in my way. This was after I'd gotten used to the saw and the forces involved. I haven't had an issue using it without the hold down, but you have to do the holding down.
Question:	There's such a price difference, what's the main difference between this saw and the dewalt dw
Answer:	Only difference is some of the outside sheet metal, the inner workings are the same. You are paying for the Dewalt name. They both used to owned by the same company.

Answer:	As long as your saw is hold 5 inch pin blades you should not have any problems. Make sure you adjust your tension.

Answer:	No. They are designed to fit the old style “pin” blades. Hegners use the newer plain blades so unless you made some new blade holders(which would be worth the effort), they will not fit. I have a Hegner but I bought these for an old Chinese scroll saw that I used just for sanding. Sold it and went back to a belt sander.

Answer:	Honestly probably pretty well. I use mine to cut everything from 1/8 inch plexiglass, to 2x4’s with out a problem. Not a bad little machine honestly. When cutting something such a 2x4 blades wear out pretty quick but with the thin stuff they last awhile.

Answer:	this model(3921) replaces the 3920, they added a few features and the pinless clamps to the mix. the price difference is for the design changes and the extra pieces they add. 3921 is better than the 3920 when you count in the extra features.

Answer:	Ours didn't. But just cut a full sheet in half and half again. Love how well it works.
Question:	is it ok to use on an old desk? I am concerned about the circar pattern of this sander, I won't be able to follow the grain of the wood
Answer:	It's a small orbit, about 1/16", like a vibration. For $30 give it a try. If you use fine paper on the last pass and move the sander in the directionof the grain, should be ok. I think it's agreat little tool.
Question:	What about the cutted sections in the sandpaper
Answer:	Hi, Put the sandpaper section on the sander. The sander came with a black square item that has spikes. Push the sander over the spikes and the holes in the sandpaper will appear. Also the holes are only needed if you want to collect the dust in the bag. I do not use the collection bag.
Question:	Where do I find refills online for the 1/4 sheet
Answer:	What is "Full Sized Sheet"? , I see 8 1/2 x 11 and 8 x 10.

Question:	Mine has one screw hole each side where the device contacts the 2 x 6 sides. Two screws go there but no instruction why. What is the purpose
Answer:	I have the same dilemma. I noticed the holes as well and the set screws included fit in the mentioned holes. No idea as to what the would be for. My only thought is to anchor it to a 2x6 to use it as a miter saw of sorts.
Question:	Will this fit over a true 6" guide
Answer:	I use mine with a 5/4 x6 deck board (i.e. 1"x5 1/2" true dimension) so I'd judge the short answer as "no". I like the 5/4 deck board because it's a bit more flexible than a 2x6 and will bend down into and over valleys and humps. (I use deck screws (they don't project above the surface) and shims to secure it and square it up because .
Question:	Can you only cut individual 2" slabs if the log is wider than 6" after cutting off the sides
Answer:	Yes. Just make an L shaped support of 2x4 screwed to each end of the log, about level with log top. Attach guide 2x6 to the L shape. Move 2x6 latterally to create the width board you want. Stability of log while cutting very important.
Question:	Mine came without hardware or instructions so I am trying to figure out what size bolts are supposed to be used in the different holes
Answer:	Mine were different sizes. I contacted Timber Tuff and they said the hardware was back ordered. Timber Tuff said they would ship it when they got it, in about 6 weeks, that was 7 months ago. Good luck
