Answer:	I turned mine own to see. It heated up, and the light turned green. Mine works fine with steam coming out after I press the steam button. Maybe you could try holding down the steam button for a few seconds. Assuming you have enough water in the water well, the steam should be coming out. It might be defective. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

Answer:	The trick apparently is to start screaming that it will be returned. I've worked with circular saws for 45 years and have never had this kind of trouble. As a last resort, assuming I was doing something stupid or missing something simple, I came here to the Q&A section. First, I was reassured that I wasn't the only one with the problem. Then I resolved to try again. Finally, the blade slipped in. I don't know how or why, but at least I know it can be done. It just takes 30+ minutes of struggling.

Answer:	Let me see what the headline is that we all read ... DEWALT DCS391B 20-Volt MAX Li-Ion Circular Saw, Tool Only. Well ........... I guess it is just the saw (because it saws tool only) or .... it comes with 50 chargers and 300 batteries. YOU decide.

Answer:	I threw out all my Dewalt hard cases many years ago. The tools just barely fit and all 15-20 cases looked the same and served no purpose.

Answer:	It definately will do a good job. 5" mason blade. I wouldn't do it daily if it's your job but a bathroom or 2 is fine. I've done 5 bathroom jobs and work with wood daily. Use fhis little guy a lot from ripping siding to decking to studs. Still works great. I use a bigger corded worm drive for roofs and tearing into sub floor. Also 4 of the bathroom jobs were 1/2" rock and 1 was 1/4". I did probably 30 bathrooms with my 18v. It was a drag when the nicads would run down. Hope that helps.

Answer:	If you're going to use it a lot in a work session, you should get a 5.0 amp-hour battery or two. But they're pricey. A kit with two 5.0 AH batteries plus a beefy charger to fast-charge a 5.0 can set you back more than $200. Just don't expect a lot of cuts out of a small 1.5 AH battery. I have an new DeWalt 20v impact driver that came with two 2.0 AH batteries, and they last a long time. By the time I've used up one battery, the other has completely recharged (~30 minutes). But don't expect 30 minutes of saw use on a 2.0. If you want to use it a bunch, my advice is to get at least one 5.0 AH. (Note batteries are described both in volts and in amp-hours. If you get a 20v tool, you must stick with 20v batteries. But the capacity of the battery is measured in amp-hours, or Ah. The answer posted in 2013 incorrectly referred to them as 1.5v, 2.0v, 3.0v, and 4.0v. They meant Ah, not v.

Answer:	I can only offer my opinion... if it is 18v and fits in the tools the same as the lithium it should work. The fact that it's ni-cad vs lithium should not make a difference

Answer:	These smaller blade saws do not cut as fast as the larger saws. Tip #1- higher quality blades, tip#2- listen to the motor as you cut. You can hear it start to torque as you press too hard on the saw.

Answer:	For a power saw you won't find better in this category. Very controllable and comfortable for a smaller hand. I can't say enough good about this saw. I'm just completing a 8x16 customized garden shed and used this saw for the whole project. Treated lumber to plywood. I wanted to give it a real workout to see its longevity because I want to buy a few more for Christmas gifts. PS - you can get the good blades on Amazon for all types of cutting.
Question:	What kinds of blade included
Answer:	It comes with a 4 1/2 " 24 tooth general cutting blade. I was able to purchase a similar Freud blade and a Dewalt plywood cutting blade on Amazon for VERY reasonable prices also. I believe the big box stores carry a masonry blade that would fit this saw should you need one but if not I'm confident you could find one on-line. So far I am EXTREMELY pleased with this saw although longevity is naturally still in question. It did cut through a few experimental treated 2x4s with ease and is very comfortable in the hand. I'm giving it an A thus far. Great price as compared to similar mini-circular saws .

Answer:	Not aware of technical reason ... I’m using it right hand ...But works great up on the ladder - lightweight and powerful using a 4.0 ah battery
