Answer:	Yup, works with 3 amp. I also use 4 amp batteries. The main difference is the length of time the tool will will run with strong power. Depending on what you need, in terms of how long you plan to grind, 3 amp may be enough. I have 2 spare batteries that I charge on the dual fast charger. The grinder will take two batteries to empty before one is charged full if grinder is used at full load virtually constantly. Don’t get me wrong, I think that this is a great tool

Answer:	It is a Japanese company, they even make battery bikes, I believe they have the largest selection of battery items. Tools etc.
Question:	What blade comes on this saw. How many teeth etc
Answer:	So, we have several of these saws...They come with a 6.5" 24 tooth blade typically. When it is time, we replace the original with Diablo 24 tooth blades (About $10 ea.). We have experimented with higher tooth counts, but the extra teeth just seem to cause more friction rather than a better cut. We really like these cordless circular saws!

Answer:	No it will not cut through a 2x4 on a 45 degree angle , it leaves about 1/8" uncut

Answer:	A blade should have been with the saw. If you received a manual, find the customer service number, talk to them and they should make it good. As far as what blade to buy, if it is 6-1/2", it should work.

Question:	Does it work with the older makita bl1815 18v 1.5ah lithium batteries
Answer:	This sander will not natively work with BL1815 batteries. I just found out the hard way today. The good news is, if you modify your BL1815 with a nail file and remove a small piece of plastic, it will fit, and it will work fine. This sander is meant to be used with batteries with a star on them, which offer some protections. If you decide to use the BL1815 do so at your own risk. I'm using it and I haven't had any problems, but your mileage will vary. If you search "modifying a BL1815 to work with newer tools" you will find videos and pictures that show you which small part of the battery you need to remove.
