Answer:	I doubt that it is rigid enough for quality work. I bought this because it's lightweight. It's easy for a 70 year old to use, but it's not strong like the Grizzly. I did get some chatter just milling untempered aluminum. I bought the heaviest (most expensive) version of this little table.

Then the red one is the "average" one and the most common. And the black one is what this product is, the Extreme KONG. It's for "power chewers", dogs who tend to tear up all plush toys and also destroy many rubber toys. The compound is simply more durable. I know this is too late to help the original poster, but here's the info in case it's helpful to someone else. :)

Answer:	I have a Boxador (65 lbs) and he is a very aggressive chewer. I get him the Kong Extremes XXL so that he can have something to destroy. It takes him a little bit but yes, they don't hold up if you have a really aggressive chewer and although they are much less expensive here on Amazon you can still end up spending a lot of money on toys if you have an aggressive chewer. I have found that the GoughNuts toys with the yellow dot are fantastic. And they have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE and are also available here on Amazon. I bought 2 different styles and he hasn't even left a tooth mark on them and he plays with them all the time. (except when I give him something he can actually destroy - he does love that).

Answer:	I used it on a wet tile saw to cut marble backsplash tiles, 1/2 inch thick. Worked great, lasted a long time. Not sure about the dry cutting, might be prone to chipping. Would spray it with water/spray bottle while you are trying to cut it maybe

Answer:	I really don't remember if the clamps came with it or not. It did come with the complete set of collets and wrenches. I have 2 sets of clamps so maybe one set came with it, I know I had to buy the little milling vise, and a drill chuck. Everything for this machine is pretty expensive but first quality. I have a bigger milling machine now, and I will be selling my MF70, but only because it was too small for the bigger steam engines I am building.

Answer:	That's exactly what I used this set for my 80% arms lower receiver. Completed it last week with a Deltron upper and tested it at the range yesterday. Take your time and go slow and it will produce a quality part. Predrill holes with a drill bit. I did the whole process using these to finish with.
Question:	will this set be able to drill my AR15 lower receiver
Answer:	Two or three flute center cutting end mill most 4 flute are not center cutting and will go a horrible job. Two flute end mills in very sharp condition best done on a larger heavy duty drill press 12 inches or more swing. The Quill arbor and bearings need to be tight with minimal slop. Drill press needs to be capable of low speed to avoid chatter. If things are optimal it "may work" any vertical mill even a mini mill will do a better job for this milling operation.
Question:	In drill press, how will they do for plunge cutting? I was under impression I need center cut end mill for boring metal, am I wrong
Answer:	I have been using the 1/4 and 3/8 bits for mortising in cherry wood, they are excellent at that - clean cut, not much vibration, stay sharp longer than other he's spiral bits.

Answer:	End mills don't really have a cutting depth. The general rule is to never plunge more than 1/2 the diameter of the mill. That said this is a nice starter set of end mills. Great for brass and aluminum. Go slow with steel. Use plenty of lube.

Question:	What is the height of the clamping surface of the jaws
Answer:	I just got my product barely six days ago, just in time for Christmas, so I’m not sure I can answer this question. However, one thing I did was use only four of the reeds, instead of all of the ones included in the package; I also saved the bottle stopper. We are just starting winter in MA and we’re enclosed in our condo with the heater running and will remain like this for a few months. Although the fragrance is wonderful, I don’t see my family or myself enjoying the Frazier Fir fragrance past Epiphany in early January. I’ll remove the reeds, put the stopper back in place, and put this product away until December of next year. Hopefully, it will keep until then.

Answer:	I just placed the diffuser in my guest bathroom. The fragrance was very powerful at first but after 2 days you can hardly smell it. I love this product no matter what, so if you thinking of placing it on a large room, I would consider the larger size. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The existing tool is .164 square by ~ 2" long. It can be reshaped with a grinding wheel. There wasn't a extra tool order form with the unit. There are cutter sets available from Grizzley and Harbor Freight Tools, but I have not ordered yet
