Answer:	There is a button on the handle near the trigger that locks the drill on; try pushing it with your thumb and wiggle the trigger to see if it is stuck

Answer:	not sure of the rating, however, it is one of the highest torque capacity drills i've used. It has seen daily use for almost a year now and has not failed nor have we noticed a decline in power or efficiency. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Mixing concrete takes a special drill motor with a lot of low speed torque. You need a something low geared and plenty of power. Using a regular drill to mix concrete will burn up the drill motor. There are cordless mud mixers out there. Milwaukee makes one but they will cost you three or four times as much as this one.
