Answer:	It's only under pressure when you are actually spraying. I would not recommend trying to adjust by hand while actually spraying.

Answer:	I am sorry I do not have warranty info for you. I wanted to reply anyway because this compactor is amazing. I am avo tractor and cannot recall purchasing a more quality product. This thing compacts uphill! Starts every time. I am so pleased with it. Now you know why I have no warranty info. It is not necessary for such a great product.
