Answer:	I believe it's made in China, India, and possibly UAE from what I read. I ordered/got it and it looked used, so sent it back (greasy, scratched, hair, dust, definitely Not New). Vendor said they all look like that. Only 1 year warranty and you have to dig that up, supposed to register it, and in my case, registration was totally in Chinese. I surmise that Bosch Germany has allowed other countries to manufacture and sell certain pieces under their brand. Bosch, over years, is known as an outstanding brand. I bought DeWalt's gyroscopic 8V Max cordless.

Answer:	As others mention, many major tool manufacturers including Bosch offer hex shank drill bits. My guess would be that eliminating the standard drill chuck further reduces the depth of this tool, improving clearance in close quarters. If you REAALLLY need such a chuck to feel complete, small chucks with hex shanks DO exist, can be had for cheap from places like HF. Expect a fair amount of runout with such a solution. Otherwise, consider instead purchasing a sibling product that features a chuck, out of the box.

Answer:	Yes. At Home Depot they carry drill bits that will work. You need the bits that have the Quick Connect base. If the base of the drillbit is just round, like a dowel, that is the wrong one. They can point you to the right thing at HD, but the answer to your question is yes.
Question:	One person is saying this has 1.5 ah batteries and one says the 2.0 batteries. What ones are they coming with now
Answer:	As another noted, all you need is a simple step-down transformer that somewhat exceeds the power draw - probably a simple 100w unit that you can find on Amazon for not much money at all. As for 50 vs 60 on cycles/frequency, that also does not matter - you charge a battery, and the battery runs the unit. I know all this because I'm an American who has used such tools for years while stationed overseas. I buy the U.S. version on Amazon, and then just use a transformer.

Answer:	Mostly to use as a power screwdriver, but you can buy individual 1/4" drive drill bits that are already adapted to this style chuck and/or a keyless check adapter for original style drill bits that will check up in this drill also, this drill does have a clutch with a drill setting on it which in turn would allow it to drill through wood also.
