Answer: This is a pump, not a tank. Hook it up to a 12 volt battery or 120volt AC, hook up your PCP to it and truth ON the pump. It takes 10-14 minutes to pump up the PCP to 250bar

Answer: If I remember correctly, I had to unthreade the quick disconnect from the block, install the black filter canister and then install the quick disconnect in the end of the black filter canister.

Answer: Absolutely YES as I've done it...Depending, you might need to wait a couple seconds between wheels but it will technically do it...Of course it would be way too under powered (not enough cfm) to be used in a shop type atmosphere...Which is why I imagine a few have answered no, but you have to remember that cfm ratings are based on continuous use so short blasts obviously don't need as much cfm...This compressor pumps back up from 120 to 150 psi in about 10 seconds, so even if you had to wait, it would only be a few seconds...Plenty good for a DIY... kd
