Question:	Can these be used with a Dremel
Answer:	These are designed to work with a slow moving drill and I believe a Dremel spins way too fast to use these. Also I think the shaft diameter is too large for that. So, my opinion is "no" not with a Dremel".

Answer:	You shouldn’t have too. Only if your drill doesn’t have a stander chuck. 3/8 or 1/2 chucks are used on many types of hand held drills.

Question:	looking to see if these will cut good holes in glass blocks
Answer:	I used them to drill holes in Patron Bottles worked really well for that. Don't know how thick your glass blocks are but they are quality bits I would give them a try if it was me! I would put a piece of paper tape on area to be drilled to keep it from chipping and keep the glass wet! You should be fine.
Question:	Want to drill granite countertop that is 1 1/4 inches thick. The specs for this bit say it will drill 1" deep. How do I drill to the depth needed
Answer:	I don't think these drills will work, unless you can find some way to drill the last 1/4 from the other side and make the holes match. The drills have a habit of sliding until the hole is started. I drilled a same/size hole in a piece of wood and placed the wood hole where I wanted to drill. The wood held the bit in place until I got the hole started.
Question:	what is the shank size
Answer:	Not sure but it will fit in any standard 3/8 drill (about the size of a #2 pencil) You probably have one in the garage lol.

Answer:	I can't speak for the porcelain tiles, but I've used the bits for ceramic, glass, and a composite stone kitchen sink. Worked like a champ.

Question:	Can dewawalt dcs334b jig saw use this saw blade
Answer:	I can’t give you a straight up answer. This is a “T” blade then there’s “U” blades. The “T”s are for use in quick release saws and the “U” blade are the older type that need an Allen wrench to keep the blade in the scrolling part. So if your saw has a quick release lever arrangement this type blade should work. Notice how the end of the blade looks sorta like a “T”, well the top of the “U” blade will obviously look like a small “u”. Hope this was more helpful than confusing. Better yet just look at a blade you already use in your saw, if it looks like this blade it’ll work in your saw. Any similar blade will fit any brand of saw, I don’t know of any saw that takes a brand specific blade.

Question:	this saw comes w/a diamond blade. would it be good enough to cut little glass mosaic tiles or should I order a different diamond blade
Answer:	The blade will cut through the glass tiles just fine, however, I would suggest purchasing a thinner more durable blade. I purchased a Ridgid 7" blade from Home Depot. The Ridgid blade make cleaner cuts and wastes less material because it is a thinner blade.Also, Skil just came out with a new updated model of this saw. I would suggest purchasing that saw instead because it has some much needed improvements. Answer:	am sure you can cut even 24x24 in. tile. to cut straight get 1x1x 20--24 in, wood and clamp under the table as your guide to cut straight,hope this will help. skil power tools are great and cheaper than MK

Answer:	Depends on the size of the rock. The material is not an issue -- I use it to cut agates and quartz up to a couple inches in size. The important thing is to go slow and make sure to keep the cut wet.

Answer:	i'M SORRY, BUT NO THIS WILL NOT CUT THE BRITTLE. this saw was designed for tile, brick and old tootsie rolls only. the reason tht is, the hamsters in the the motor are allergic to peanuts and a few other foods. seeing as how we all love fluffy hamsters, they gave them work instead of turning them away( that and hamsters have a ton of kids!!). the saw you are looking for has gophers in the drive motor( 2 x's the power for those thick piece's of brittle), that have been thoroughly screened for any deadly allergies to tree nuts and dairy, not to mention sock puppets and shoe polish as well. i do suggest that if you are going to buy the gopher powered brittle slicer 3000xlr made by Skill'dG( skilled gophers), to make sure you are getting the real thing, and not a cheap australian clone. contact the gopher union work force development office and they will give you a list of all non gopher supported and wallaby knock offs and a wallet sized card for easy recognition of their branded products. They may ask for a donation, but it's well worth the $120 to join their non members club. You get free holes in your green, and much, much more. Answer:	Yes. It can cut them, but 2 inches wide would be tricky for such a large cutter. This one is best for large tiles. I tried with 3-inch tiles and it was difficult.

How to use?

Step 1: Clean the surface and mark down the position of the drill hole, angle drill 45 degrees to start the hole slowly.

Step 2: Keep wet with water.

Step 3: Being drilling at low speeds. Angle drill to vertical position once the hole has appeared.

Step 4: Slow speed down to drill the hole off and for the exit hole to prevent a breakthrough.
