Answer:	It is rated for air, so that would say it’s good for gaseous material and it’s rated for oil which is a hydrocarbon, as is propane so I assume it would work. I have had to solenoids fail in less than a month, so I returned them and opted for a little more expensive product.

Answer:	Rutland recommends a 1-hour dry time after application prior to the heat cure. The heat cure process requires 1 hour at 250 ° F using a small, kindling fire. Afterwards, raise the temperature to 500 °F using a large, roaring fire.

Answer:	I used this adhesive cement for a stove gasket that is directly affected by open flame. However, I allowed the cement to dry prior to having a fire. The cement drys rather quickly and turns rock hard. It's some good stuff for sticking stuff and it's obviously fire proof/highly fire resistant. It doesn't have a terrible odor and I'm not sure about your particular situation but after it has cured, it made no noticeable smell or 'off-gas' of any kind. You might check with the manufacturer if overly concerned. I would think you don't have anything to worry about unless trapped in a small confined space while applying the cement.

Answer:	This is a GASKET CEMENT, not a stove "patch". If your single wall pipe goes through a thimble, and there is a snug fit with only a little play, you probably don't need anything. The chimney should have enough draft to draw smoke up towards the top of the structure and it should not come back around the pipe into the room. If you do need something, I'd recommend a flat stove gasket material so you can poke it around the pipe between it and the thimble. Then you should be good to go. If it looks bad, get a ring that fits over the pipe and snugs to the wall inside the room.

You need to measure though the distance between your existing mirror and the sun visor to ensure adequate width. Outside of that, it works great. Excellent visibility.

Answer:	It was not a grease at all, just a thick liquid that was too runny to use for our purposes. The only reason that I didn't return it, was due to the shipping costs, which I would have had to pay. I do NOT recommend it if you need a grease.

Answer:	The container that I recently purchased is 2 (two) oz container. But, I feel that I must caution you that the consistency is more like a pourable lubricant than it is that of a paste. A paste to me is more the consistency of peanut butter. This silicon grease is more like heavy gear oil. It does though have very high lubricity carictaristics.
