Answer:	Mine is wood, I'm not sure if the materials or colors vary, and I ordered the espresso color, which is the color of both the legs and tabletop. It seats two very comfortable but may be a bit cramped for more. It's sturdy as far as food or a standard PC if you weren't using it for dining purposes.It stands at 29 inches, length at about 47 1/2, and 29 1/2 width. Its really nice for an apartment or small kitchen. Any other questions feel free to send a message, hope I could be of help.

Answer:	It helps. We have an old Tempurtic bed...the mattress is very hot in the summer. Apparently the newer ones are much better. This does give some relief...but to be honest I have to sleep in another bed when it gets too hot in Arizona.
