Answer:	I looked and cannot find a marking that indicates whether or not this is the case. But, they are machined precisely and work well, which is the key thing. Given the present attitude about mining, I'd guess the copper came from Chile, the zinc may or may not be from the US, and the steel is probably a US product. If they can be made by extrusion and/or cold heading they are probably a US product.
Question:	I bought a craftsman cmec6150 pancake-style air compressor. it came with two universal couplers. will these fnpt fit my compressor
Answer:	1/4" type V HVLP High Volume Low Pleasure fittings & connectors, they have a much larger hole which allows for more airflow so your tools will make more power than with the smaller type A or M that most people use. I recently replaced all my fittings in the shop because I had an assortment of all things air from 20-30 years of acquiring. The advantage of type V couplers is that you can use tools with type A & type M fittings along with the type V kind of a universal receiver however the reverse is not true, type V fittings WILL NOT work in type A or type M couplers. If you are using them for home shop, type M is fine the ones I have are working great form, fit, and function are great.

Answer:	No, they’re not big enough for cigars. I bought them to hold extra large cones and I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. A lot of them arrived broken with the caps completely snapped off, the ones that aren’t broken break the first time you use them. You have to squeeze the sides to pop the top and when you squeeze the sides the plastic tube splits. They’re worthless. You’re better off buying the actual Doob Toob brand

Answer:	This compressor draws as much as 10 Amps from the 12 Volt supply. Some cigarette lighter sockets ate fused at 15 Amps, but some are wired and fused at only 10 Amps. Those with 10 Amp fusing will typically "blow" the fuse in 1 to 2 minutes with this load which is not enough time to fully inflate most tires. Check with your vehicle's manufacturer for the maximum safe current draw your vehicle lighter socket can provide. If it is 10 Amps or less, use a lighter socket to battery clamp adapter and connect directly to your battery.

Answer:	The power source (cigarette lighter port) needs to be rated for 10amps or more.... I used three different cars and everyone failed so this must not be standard in car power ports.. I ended up purchasing a converter (rated 10amps) for $20 to use a standard wall plug......
