Answer:	Mine did not, but I tested it against NY brother's snapon 3/8 torque wrench, and found it to be accurate to within a 0.50ft-lb.

Answer:	Never measured in counter-clockwise so cannot answer. Only when tightening. It is advised to not use the torque wrench for loosening as it messes the mechanism and may need to be re calibrated.

Question:	Can I use an impact wrench on these
Answer:	I don't know that you'd actually be able to fit an impact gun on this without an extension and still go where you need to; the only use I could think of would be better suited by a six point socket. What i will say though is that I've really abused a couple of the half inch drive pieces of this set and I haven't broken them - I ripped an o2 sensor to pieces out of an exhaust with one of them and another I tore a tie rod end out of its socket trying to break free the jamb nut without a torch. They're a lot stronger anything that size or shape has business being lol
