Answer:	I've used this product for many years but have always used just enough drops from the bottle to last me one day. I think it stays a lot fresher that way. As the package says, start with 5 to 10 drops in 12-20 fl. oz. (or I've used 24 oz.) Work your way up to 15 drops in the same quantity of water and up to twice or three times a day. After one month, you can go to 15 drops per dose. I've been at 15 drops in two different 20 oz bottles of water for a very long time. It helps me to remember to keep drinking water! (And I use regular bottled water but alkaline will do fine also.)
