Answer:	Because fasteners in those drive sizes either don't exist, or are so incredibly uncommon that they might as well not exist. The largest hardware supplier that I'm aware of (with a giant yellow catalog) doesn't sell any socket-head fasteners with 13, 15, 16 or 18mm heads.

Answer:	I believe Taiwan, but Taiwan is know for good steel quality. All my 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" drive socket sets and combo wrenches are from Sunex. I love them and they're reliable and last. My job provides us GP sets (Grey Pneumatic) and those have worn and broke several times over. My Sunex sockets are still holding well and only have minimal wear after the two years or so that I've had them.

Answer:	Yes, very possible, I just did 3 of them in quick succession. When I first tried I was using a prying technique and exerting significant force. So much force that it started to feel like I was going to tear or otherwise damage the plastic. I then resorted to google and read your previous responders post. I settled on a hammering method instead and it worked quite well. Just place the case on a hard surface (I used my garage floor), raise the lid to an approximate 90-degree angle from the floor (no need to grab a square or protractor here), place one foot firmly on the earthbound section (no need to even remove the tools), and give the lid a sharp blow with a rubber mallet or something similar (dead blow hammer perhaps?), in the proper direction. If you cant figure out which direction is the proper direction then it should become fairly obvious after a few attempts... Best of luck!

Answer:	The 80700p set includes the 120xp ratchet. 120xp is their newest 120 tooth ratchets. It has a much finer tooth count than the 80700d, Which is an 84 tooth ratchet. For the price difference of only $11 dollars the 80700p is very worth it!

Answer:	You can exchange any broken Gear Wrench Tool for a new one @ Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, Mac Tools, Matco Tools, Snap On Tools, Cornwell Tools, Auto Value, Napa, Fastenal Nut & Bolt Tool Stores, Grainger, Manards, & or anywhere that Gear Wrench Tools are sold. Or you can mail your broken tool into them & they will ship you a new & or repaired tool back. But if you mail it in you will have to pay the return shipping to you. I have taken my broken tools to Sears & or to a smaller Sears Appliances Store & then I leave the broken tool with them & they ship me a new one for free. I have also replaced my broken tools through any one of the tool trucks that stop by my shop & if they don't have a replacement they have it shipped to my shop or to my house for free & or they bring me a new replacement within a week or two at my shop. Tip: As far as getting a replacement tool under warranty you can return a lot of different lifetime warranty tools of all kinds of different brands to the same places that I have listed here on this post. There tools are made very well. And I have to say that I have yet to break any of there sockets. I have broken every other brand that's made out there all except for this Brand & Matco Tools brand sockets so these have really impressed me as well as all of my employees that use these tools every day in the shop as well as on the service trucks & tow trucks. So all of the tools that I own & have owned have all been used a lot & put through there pace's that's for sure. The only tools from them that I've broken from them are there Ratchet Wrenches as the ring gear inside of them wear down & then the ring gear finally breaks & we use them every day at the shop. Tip : We have found that by keeping the Ratchet Wrench end of the wrench wiped down & cleaned as well as lubed with air tool oil or any type of transmission fluid that the Ratchet Wrench will last a lot longer before breaking as well as the same goes for any other brand as well as any Ratchet Head. Answer:	They are definitely not thin walled. They are the same thickness as my older USA craftsman 1/2" impact sockets and those are thicker than other impact sockets such as what Sunex makes. With that said, you can easily tell the heavy thickness of these sockets make them super tough. They look indestructible. The only trade-off is they are heavier than other regular non-thinwall impact sockets.

So unless you want to mess with sending your tools in the mail you'll have to find a distributer. I know some of the Snappy tool truck guys are also APEX dealers and can take care of it for you.

Question:	I just purchased a 44 pc set, can individual sockets be purchased if some are lost
Answer:	I see, hmmmm, first thing u do is find that aggravating co worker. Then u guys become friendly enough to get close to his toolbox. After that you have a buddy call up to the shop and say that his (the aggravating coworkers) house is on fire. He'll leave so fast he won't even think about locking up his tools. While he's gone, driving madly to reach his home and save all his 3rd place drag queen trophies, u switch out the swivels. When he comes back u act concerned for what he's going through. Or if all of that is too complicated then you can realize that nothing lasts forever and that the swivel joint is put through quite a bit of stress during use and you buy another one. Yea, that may be easier. Just purchase another one.
