Answer:	I got trap-it red cups that work perfectly to keep ants out. Look up hummingbird ant trap and they’ll come up. Other birds drink out of the ant trap while hummingbirds have clean nectar that is bug free

Answer:	The hook is an iron rod with an iron base that by itself could hold a significant amount of weight without bending out of shape. It will hold a large plant or feeder without problem. What needs to be considered is how much weight the railing or base you are attaching it to can hold.

Answer:	If you attach it to the railing and take a close measurement from railing to centerline of the hook, it's probably 10 inches, it's enough to place a plastic hanging basket that you purchase from a garden shop. I like them and they are made well. I use it for hanging humming bird feeders from it. I did have a hanging plant from it.

I was surprised because the quality was good, they came boxed separately, but two have the paint off of them and I am sure that they weather will cause rust issues. Other than that they are nice, but was too pricey for the damage of them I felt.

Answer:	The only difference in a casting rod would be slightly smaller rod eyes since these spinning rods could easily double for a casting rod due to their under size rod eyes. I would suggest a larger type saltwater bait cast so it will seat better .

Answer:	Just had an Okuma Rockaway in my hands...Very nice carbon fiber rod. Similarly light weight as Fiblink, same skinny butt section, same matte charcole black/dark gray color. The Rockaways tend to be medium power and action. Guides probably superior. The Fiblinks tend to be heavier power/faster action. Other than that they could have come from the same factory. I like the Rockaways Okumas a lot....
Question:	My top railing is curved on the top, flat on the bottom. Will this clamp onto a curved railing
Answer:	I have and i have had no problem landing strippers 50inches I do not have any available pictures but I line my reel with 30lb braid and I have no problems

Question:	Will this work on a 2x2 metal railing
Answer:	The outside diameter of the extension steel rod is 1/2". Squarills can easily traverse it.
Question:	My railing is 2 " but it has a support railing underneath that leaves only 1" for a clamp to attach. How much space is needed for the clamp below
Answer:	It may if railing is not to thick. clamp is 3-4 inches wide. May work, but not sure. Hope this helps. It is a good product.
Question:	What is the height from the deck railing to the bottom of the hook
Answer:	We use ours to hang a wooden house-like bird feeder with baskets at either end for suet and a large section in the center for birdseed. I can't tell you the weight capacity, but the feeder, seeds and full suet cakes must weigh 5 pounds or more. It has held up during winds heavy enough to move the propane gas grill with the large propane tank attached as well as a teak bench across our deck. I would guess the mfgr. could provide a better answer.
