Answer:	Probably because they want to be able to sell their products in California; I believe life is generally a cause of death in California. The handle material is made of a hard plastic (very durable). I'm gonna guess that's why; CA lawyers require a warning on everything man-made.

Answer:	Hi George I keep mine on my weak side to use In case someone attempts to grab my pistol. I have concealed weapons permit . I have it clipped in the front pocket, I rarely tuck my shirt so it is and natural to deploy. Familiarize with deploying blade or you will whip out the with sheath on. I stick thumb in hole pushing down on top sheath clip flicking thumb up in one quick motion . Takes longer to say than do.

Answer:	Does not matter. Don't buy this through Amazon. You won't get the knife in the end and the companies service is terrible. I was on a wait list for 2 months
Question:	What steel is the blade made from
Answer:	There's a lot of companies out there with sites on the web from which you can order custom sheaths, kydex or otherwise, but you may have to send them your knife. I think I saw one site offering this knife with a custom sheath, but it was a bit spendy, and I don't remember the company now. The knife itself is fantastic, so I agree that it deserves a MUCH better sheath. My plan is to get some supplies and build my own kydex sheath for this blade, and several other MTech blades I have. It's inexpensive and relatively easy to do, and you can build to your own specs. Knifekits.com has everything you need for this and great prices too.
