Question:	How do you dispose of the used blades
Answer:	I saw it say to hand wash and that is what I did. It is easy to just rinse off after use. One thing to note is there is an end cap. It doesn't look like a one-piece device and may take on water if put in a dishwasher. It feels hollow and light, but is really strong. I highly recommend it.

Answer:	No, but you don't need a sheath. Gripping the knife handle as you would normally hold it when in use (knife is in closed position) you naturally pivot your hand to your right front pocket and the built in clip attaches firmly to the pocket for easy access/reach. This knife is pretty excellently designed. Very handy. I keep mine with me all the time.

Answer:	IMO serrations are only ground on one side of the blade. I only draw the opposite side over the sharpening steel for a touch up. Works to a point. Serrations can only be correctly sharpened using a round file type sharpener with a smaller radius than the serration grooves. Each groove is sharpened individually with the sharpening tool passed in the groove perpendicular to the blade

Answer:	Between 12 and 15 degrees. If you put a matchbook against the steel, that is the approximate angle.

Answer:	Less than 1/2". Our knife block hole is 1/2" and this sharpener fits in it easily.

Answer:	It is a HONING steel. It keeps already sharp knives sharp. It is an edge maintenance device. If your knives are dull, no amount of honing with this will give you a sharp edge. For sharpening, you need to remove steel from the edge, which this will not do. Have your knives sharpened professionally ( it's cheap) then use this to KEEP them sharp between sharpening.

Care and handling of Millennia cutlery

Cutlery should never be washed in a dishwasher because intense heat and harsh detergents may cause the handle to deteriorate. Carefully wash by hand with soap and warm water, rinse and dry with a soft towel. Do not soak or submerge in water for long periods of time or use chlorine bleach because it can pit and discolor the blade. Avoid soaking in aluminum or stainless steel sinks because these metals may cause pitting on the blade.

For the Professional Series, "Currently our most popular series, the Professional Series features a thin 2.0-2.5mm blade for less wedging into cuts and an added bolster on the handle for weight and balance. Most of the knives in this series are made with our Original steel with the exception of the MSK-65 and MTH-80 which use the Superior steel. The weight of the bolster in combination with the thin blades makes these knives extremely well balanced in the center of your hand when using a Chef's grip; allowing you to cut through most foods using minimal effort. Except for the MTH-80, MSK-65, and MSL-105 which feature elevated handles, these knives have traditional European shapes with a straight handle and pointed tip." And for the Chef Series "The Chef Series has 2.0-2.5mm thin blades made with our original molybdenum steel. These knives are shaped with many traditional European shapes with a handle that is straight (in line with the spine of the blade) and has a pointed tip.
