Answer:	Yes this comes with a case, charger and one battery. Any Milwaukee item with -21 at the end is like that. -20 is bare tool only and -22 is two batteries and charger.

Answer:	It’s meant for pvc and abs pipe which it does a outstanding job the blade is definitely strong enough for small branches although I have never tried it

Answer:	No, the jaw opening is too small. It works very well on flat or very slightly rippled sheet metal, but it wouldn't work with steel studs.

Answer:	If you look at the picture of the tool, the little metal piece on the right goes into the drill like a drill bit or a Phillips bit. The odd shaped things on the left of the picture are the cutting heads. When you place the little thingie on the right I go the drill and pull the trigger, if you are not holding the handle firmly (that is the red thing on the top of the tool) the cutter the cutters will not work to shear off the metal. Which is what you bought the tool for, the tool will just spin around at 900 -1200 rpm and you have now created a new type of weapon. This is a very good tool that we do not want the government to ban.

Answer:	Yes, It has Velcro strip to hold together when it is collapsed.
Question:	where can i buy a grip holder for the handle of my quad cane
Answer:	The pieces fit together with a larger end and a smaller insert. They are held together by the pressure of a very strong elastic cord. To fold, you simply pull apart the separate pieces and then bend where the pieces are apart. You have to use the Velcro piece to keep up it together or the elastic would automatically snap it,open again.

Answer:	I do not know what as "offset" cane is. This can is fine for my 6'3" body

Answer:	The specs say 30" to 38". Ours is at 34", and there are 4 adjustments of 1" each to make it taller and 5 adjustments to make it shorter, which might bring it down to 29", but definitely to 30" minimum specified.

Answer:	There is a nice foam rubber grip over the actual handle which is strong steel tubing just like the rest of the cane. Comfortable and gives you good traction to hold the cane securely. Couldn't be done any better.

Answer:	Easily. It's attached with a ring such as found on key rings. The wrist loop can be slid off just like removing a key from a keyring. The plug in the upper end of the cane is only plastic and can be removed if you don't want the tiny bump-out where the keyring attaches, but that would leave the upper end of the cane open. The bump-out is very small and shouldn't present any problem. I suppose you could cut it off with a knife. The plug is rubbery.
