Answer:	The warranty is 1 year, but Porter-Cable published an update to their warranty, stating many of their products will be under warranty up to 3 years and free service for worn parts for up to one year. But I'm not sure if this extended warranty applies to the heat gun. Sorry I can't offer more detail.

Answer:	My second one smoked a lot the first time, and it ended up going out after 2.5 months. My first one lasted 37 months, and I do not recall that it smoked much the first time.

My floor isn't painted but the mat just has a rubber backing so I think the paint would be okay if you just picked up the mats every now and then so the heat doesn't "glue" them to the surface.

Answer:	Interesting question. I had assumed it was, because I lost my treasured wrench and was so delighted to find a replacement on Amazon. The one I received has the same look and feel and it has the Bhaco Fish logo, but it does not say Made in Sweden. There is no Country of mfg. stamped on it. It is excellent quality, same as my old one. The jaw position is held nicely without a lot of slop and the wrench is thin (as compared to Crescent), just like the old one. I'm very pleased.

Answer:	I reduce it in order to flow through my airbrush. It’s got a .5mm needle, so it definitely needs reduced. I use medium temp urethane reducer. The Urethane clear is mixed at 4 parts clear to 1 part hardener, I add 1 part reducer to the mix.

Answer:	Shelf life is usually on container however I have been buying their products for years and have used left over hardner and reducer that was several years on my shelf without issues. Not saying thats ideal, just worked without problems for me. The reducer for the clear depends on the temperature ranger's you'll be spraying in. FAST for colder temps in upper 50's, MEDIUM for 60- low 70's and SLOW for temps upto low 90's. Check the TC GLOBAL website for the type of clear and download the "tech sheet". All you should need to know is on it. Good luck!!
