Answer:	Yes, it shouldnt be a problem to cut baseboard molding/trim. I used this for Corner Round trim for flooring, and the angles for the cuts were great. Just hold the base tight to the floor/work table to avoid the cutting box moving on you.

Answer:	Slightly larger than the 4” of a 2 by 4.

Answer:	I bought this thinking it was a rip. That's what I searched for. It's not, but I was surprised how much I liked it and I kept it. It's a general purpose saw. It's shorter than I expected. Nice and sharp. The set is wider than my other saws, that's true, but it's not dramatic. I like this saw. It feels good and it's easy to be accurate with. So--there you go.

Answer:	According to the manufacturer this saw has hardened teeth that last 5x longer. This is typically referred to as induction or impulse hardened and is NOT SHARPENABLE. If you do sharpen with a diamond soft metal will be exposed. Also carbide is sharpenable by a sharpening service but is rarely if ever found on a hand saw.

Answer:	Although I have seen saw sharpeners on the market, in the past I have only used a triangular file on my saws. This saw, however, remains sharp for a very long time, and quite frankly, it is more likely to be 'permanently loaned' to someone than it is to go dull! :-)

Answer:	Oh hell yes this saw eats a 2x4 like a twig I had a similar Destin that can not hold a candle to this one I can cut a 2x6 or 4x4 with it faster then I can set up a chop saw or my circular saw for a few cuts .. You;'ll not be sorry if you decide on this little saw.. Cuts a 2x4 like a hot knife through butter goes with the grain just as well for notching cuts
