Answer:	I don't believe there are any manufacturer's instructions in English. I own 3 Gyokucho Japanese Saws (including this one), and I found the best info regarding the proper use of this saw on that popular video site. Just do a search for "Using Japanese Pull Saws", and you will find a plethora of instructional videos. These saws do require a certain technique that is vastly different from their western counterparts, but once you see it done, you'll be able to start practicing it. And once you get the hang of it (mostly just a light touch and the proper cutting angle), you will really enjoy using this saw.

Answer:	The two saws you mention are very similar in terms of features, weight, etc. The biggest difference is that the 445e II has a slimmer and more ergonomic design at 20 x 10 x 12.5 in as opposed to the 1845, at 39 x 11 x 12.5 in. Answer:	Ethanol is NOT recommended for any 2 cycle engine. Some states have gas stations with pumps that have no ethanol and they usually call it "sport fuel." For example, it is often found at marinas but it can also be found at some gas stations in states that allow the sale of non-ethanol gasoline for 2 cycle engines. There is actually a Android App produced by a foundation promoting non ethanol fuel. You can search for it on Google play. It will search by location to give you the closest station. Please remember that this chainsaw (Ruinopar) uses a totally different fuel to 2 cycle oil mixture. 20:1 for the break-in period and then 25:1 thereafter. Most premixed fuel sold at places like Lowes or Home Depot is 40:1 or 50:1. If you use this premix from these stores, make sure you modify the fuel to oil mixture with the addition of the necessary oil.

Question:	how do you sharpen these saws after you use for awhile
Answer:	Yes it comes with a standard saw blade.
Question:	Is the saw handle riveted on or are there saw screws? If riveted, do you see that as an issue
Answer:	I ordered and received a 10-30-23, 30 inch bow saw. I have used it successfully to cut large branches and tree trunks as large as 6 inches in diameter. Depending on what you plan to cut, the nose bow saw may be fine . I would guess the pointed nose model may be slightly more rigid than the one the I ordered, but I had no problems mine flexing.
Question:	Is this a rip saw, or crosscut saw
Answer:	It and the blade are made in Portugal
Question:	Any suggestions for cleaning the coating off the blade? I have a few ideas but I'm looking for the best and quickest way
Answer:	There is a narrow tab that runs the length of the guard that keeps the guard squeezed over the blade. This tab needs to be lifted until it is about 90 degrees to the guard. Once the tab is lifted the full length of the guard, the guard should be loose and can be carefully removed from the blade.

Answer:	If you set the angle and do a test cut you can make this cut. For making picture frames, you will want to use a different blade. You may want to consider another type of saw for fine detail work with picture frames. If you do choose to go with this saw, you will want to make sure you have a tool to check the angle. You will want to use a blade with finer teeth. This saw does not have detents to lock in the angle so you will need to do some setup and some test cuts. This saw will do some great cuts if set up properly.
