Answer:	Our machines are spiral style meaning the tips are mounted spirally around the cutterhead. The insert tips themselves strike the stock square to the surface but do not cause any cupping.

I do believe that returns would be easier through Amazon as the manufacturer only allows returns within 14 days of receipt and their RMA requirements are pretty strict. Plus, you pay return shipping on a 60 lbs. jointer if you choose to send it back. Maybe the extra $50 to Amazon is worth some peace of mind.

Answer:	The padded part of the cushion belt is 25 inches...the straps on each side are 68 inches long each with a total length of the belt and straps being 161 inches.

Answer:	I can’t say for sure, but it’s not heavy duty, nylon w/ Velcro. Unfortunately Mom rarely uses it because she’s in & out of the bathroom, & I don’t use it to transport her to appts. Check the length & whether it can be secured to the recliner. Sorry couldn’t be more help.

Answer:	I don’t think the one I ordered was that long. I was never able to use it effectively with my father.

Answer:	Not easily, I sew so I could extend one of the straps. I think there are "extension" available. I was not comfortable with the security though - it was easy for my husband to "undo" (if that is an issue & it was for me). I finally used a extra large back brace (like from HomeDepot) to wrap around him and the chair! They have a wide velco secure area. (Put the large "back" in the front to support him and the velco on the back side of the chair...where he couldn't get to it. That held him up and was much more secure.

Question:	Is the bevel facing up or down
Answer:	If I remember correctly because it's been a few years since I used this safety device, it is designed to "criss-cross" behind the sitting person and secured on each side.(opposite) Hard to describe w/o a pic lol I didn't not use it in a circumference, but the "tails" (straps) are pretty long.

But if you are caregiving to someone who needs a wheelchair safety strap, they need to be under very close observation and certainly should not have any object at hand sharp enough to "cut" anything. This is cloth. They served my mother well both in bed and in the chair. But I had 2 monitors on her at all times and someone within 50 feet, 24/7 and certainly no sharp objects at hand.
