Try a piece of untextured tile, preferably 8x8 to 12x12, spray a light coat of water on it and apply the sandpaper, now you have a flat sharpening surface,... just need to hold knife at appropriate angle. |

| Answer: | The latch is extremely tricky to open and very easy to close. Push the black tab in as far as it will go and then grab the yellow tab and pull it out of the slot. The first few times it is very difficult to pull out, but it does loosen up with time. I laughed when I saw the question, because it took me several agonizing minutes to open the first and second times before learning the trick. Nice files though. Worth every penny. |
