Answer:	It’s too thin in my opinion. Also really flimsy. Feels cheap and the edges of the ring make it h comfortable to wear for a long period of time. It looks nice aesthetically but this was a waste of money for me.

Answer:	I emailed Seekins about the same issue, I was using their 20 MOA scope base, with a vortex viper PST 50 mm tube. I was told that medium rings would clear fine, but I went with a medium high rings which were 5/100 difference in height, in case I got a bigger scope. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, these mounting rings work perfectly on an AR15. I have them mounted on my AR15 and they are 1.5" high from the mounting grooves to the center of the scope rings. However, they are not compatible with the standard AR15 iron sights or the standard 'Carry Handle' upper receiver of a stock AR15. In order to use these rings, the AR15 must have a 'Flat Top' upper receiver. However, you don't have to give up iron sights in order to mount a scope. There are various 'Back-Up' iron sights (BUIS) available that can be mounted on the side of the upper rail and used in case the scope gets damaged or out of alignment. Answer:	Aligned, possibly, lapped, not even a little. I used the Wheeler kit, but only used the alignment bar, to ensure I had full contact. And I did. Lapping nowadays just isn't much of a thing.

Answer:	Pretty sure it will fit any rail that is mil spec . Yes it will work

Answer:	Well the pair I got, had all the right markings and stamps - but I noticed that the inside machining was far from precise or meeting anything resembling tight tolerances. For rings that are heralded as never need lapping, I had to do a great deal of lapping to get a good (high percentage) contact surface. Called Seekins Precision customer service to inquire about the machining tolerances on the inside; turned out to be a complete waste of time, as they didn't want to hear it. In my opinion from working with and using these rings - if they are not counterfeit, then they are rejects that didn't meet company standards as the quality was no better than any low cost ring you might choose and definitely need to be lapped before going onto a magnum caliber rifle.
