Answer: You can put it in the freezer for a quick chill but if you leave it too long the wine will freeze. It is not an insulated freezer bag. It's simply a plastic bag to transport wine in an unbreakable container vs glass bottle.

Answer: I don’t believe there is a specific funnel for this particular item. I own the foldable bags, but we just used a regular funnel. The opening is large enough to where a standard funnel fits right in.

Answer: Let me comment about the sister-product, the Stanley Sweetheart Chisel set. They come with a suede-leather pouch, the tools are already situated in the pouch, in individual plastic baggies, with plastic blade-protectors. The tools did NOT come with a lacquer on them as a result. Anyone who is interested in the answer to this question regarding the Bailey chisels might find this of use.

Answer: The steel is the very best of England. The chisel can be sharpened and honed to almost perfection short of the most expensive Japanese chisels. It can pare the toughest hardwood dovetail or cleanup a mortise faster than using a router setup. If you are a woodworker, you know what that means. BTW, a cheaper Stanley chisel will perform as well too.

Question: I am in the market for some guarded chisels. Obviously no one likes hitting their hand with a 3-6lb sledge hammer. What if there was a chisel with an offset handle? That way you never have to worry about hitting your hand. Would this make sense for the kind of work you do with these
Answer: Too many variables to answer your question precisely. When carefully sharpened, honed and polished, these chisels perform well. I have used them to make joints in hard wood. I commonly hone them DURING the joinery process in order to maintain efficient cutting. I do this with all my edge tools, whether chisels, plane blades or knives. Use of a chisel will by necessity, dull the edge. Use of it on hard materials, like hard woods will dull it more rapidly. However, after ensuring that you have established the correct bevel (grinding), sharpened the edge (honing) and polished the edge (polishing with a strop with fine abrasive) you should need only to do minimal honing (in my practice by use of water stones in increasingly fine grit (4000, 8000 and 12000) you will be back to an effective cutting edge in a few minutes. In summary, the steel in these chisels appears to be of more than adequate quality.
