Answer:	Yes it does. The wood handles feel good as well when you use them. I know what to look for because this is just like what you look for in a knife which is a "Full Tang" and that is what I see.

Answer:	I honestly don't know but these days the default position for me is China. They work just find and have held up so far. You do have to keep them clean and dry because I had one start to rust on me.

Answer:	I haven't used any of these for doing that, but if you use the liquid wallpaper remover items first I believe they would work. Dry I doubt it.
