What is the diameter dimension

I used it for a 4.5 foot steel sculpture that I wanted to make spin. When I attached it, it was a little rocky spinning but it was under a lot of weight and I welded it to the base. (With the barring being a thin metal that's not usually advised). I think for something small like a nail polish rack, it'll work well and last. My sculpture has been outside for about a year now (in Colorado so it's been through a lot of snow as hail) and it still spins about the same as before.

Answer:	The concept would work, however we would suggest purchasing a larger turntable to better suit this application. We also sell a similar product with a 12" diameter and it has a nominal load capacity of 1000 lbs.
