| Answer: | the box is only 1/4inch past studs. not 1/2. the drywall will just float over the box. so when you hang the drywall, only use 3 or 4 screws- just enough to hold it in place. then use the magnet to find your box, and cut it out. then finish screwing in the drywall. This tool works great. i just did an entire house with absolutly zero problems |

| Answer: | Works fine through 3/4 OSB. Probably wouldn't try it through anything thicker than 1 inch. |

| Answer: | You must remove the outlet or switch first but should be able to leave the wire in the box. The pieces that sits in the box uses the screw holes that the switch or outlet uses to mount to the box. Also be sure to power down any circuit you are working on before attempting any electrical work. |
| Question: | Does it only fit the fiskars blades or can you put the standard blades |
| Answer: | Commercial drywallers use drywall routers/Rotozips(large Dremels spinning at 9000rpm). But you can use anything. You will not come in contact with the inside of the box, maybe the tabs of the outside of box. The outside marker magnet is larger than the inside box magnet and spring tabs. If you are worried about even touching the outside tabs of an electrical box, set your depth on the bit to that of the drywall. |

| Answer: | You can use it for that, but old caulk can be very stubborn and messy to remove. Better to try something with a thinner and sharper blade, but be careful not to damage surrounding areas(i.e. tub edge, fingers etc.). |

| Answer: | Yes, this will work for scraping paint off metal, but make sure you buy a stiff blade, the stiff blades are made for scraping, the flex blades for patching holes.
