Answer:	The Pro Extreme KT tape holds up well in the water. I wear it for trail running but I swim 3x a week. It can last through 2 or 3 swims depending upon where it's applied. Make sure you follow the directions about how much stretch is needed. If you cut the strips make sure the cut ends are rounded. Apply it at least an hour before your workout. And make sure as you apply it, you rub it to warm up the adhesive which promotes good adhesion.

Answer:	it surprising durable. We use it for protection of on carbon mountain bike frames. We basically cover the frame with it. The tape withstands all sorts of conditions. Peeling hasn;t been a problem for any of us yet if you want to remove it it comes right off with no residue. It's a really good product

Answer:	No !!! This tape is to be put on your thumb for a better release ... if you need to tighten you finger holes ( presuming you don’t use grips ) you should purchase 1/2 inch white ball tape !!!

Answer:	The release speed is the friction of the tape versus the friction of your skin. Fast release is slicker than normal skin and slow release is not as slick as normal skin, medium would be somewhere between the two. So if you want the tape to have less friction than your skin and thus be able to release the ball quicker, you need fast release. If you want more control and to hold onto the ball longer, then use the slow release tape.

Answer:	I use it the same . I don't think it has as much stretch as the tan or as sticky. I think it removes cleaner and easier.

Answer:	The length huh?? Not really sure but it's about the length of any other normal roll. It is very good tape. It sticks!

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by confirm, I doubt someone has rolled our a roll of tape to measure but the 3M website says it's 55 meters or 180 ft long.
