2. Where to buy spare bulbs or fuse?

This incandescent light bulbs normally runs for 1000 hours, if you need more spare bulbs, pls search B00R25V92Y for replacement bulbs. If you prefer long lasting bulbs, pls search B07DN94P21 for led replacement bulbs. Fuse type is 125V 5A, each set comes with a spare fuse stored in the male plug.

3. If one edison bulb goes out, will the rest stay lit?

These light strands are connected in parallel, so one bulb broke or burnt won’t affect the rest bulb.

4. Are the porch string lights waterproof?

Yes, these products are IP44 waterproof. You can use the string lights under normal weather conditions.

5. Does the strand come assembled or do you have to screw in the bulbs?

G40 25FT strand come assembled. Tips: G40 Edison light bulb made of glass. Please install strands first with bulbs removed at the desired location then put bulbs into sockets to avoid damaging.

Answer:	A triple A battery will fit, but the light requires a 3.7 Volt battery,and the AAA batteries are only 1.2 Volts.

Answer:	I'm a professional mechanic and for what I do, the Streamlight brand is awesome. They are bright, the batteries last forever not to mention, I have dropped my lights in every kind of muck you could think of in a shop and they still work. I have dropped it, run over it and it still works...has for years. Highly recommend them.

Answer:	I'm assuming you mean intrinsically safe in the official NFPA-type definition, vs the other people who assumed you just meant safe in general. The official answer would have to come from the company, but given that the electronics are solid state (no arcing/sparking) and the waterproof sealing, I wouldn't be uncomfortable using this in a Class 1 Div 2 environment. I'm not sure I would use in C1D1 without direct information from the manufacturer.

Answer:	It is a pleasing colour temperature for outdoor use

Answer:	Each string has 10 x 1.5 watt bulbs = 15 watts. At 12 volts that will draw 1.25 amps, therefore two strings will draw 2.5 amps. As long as your USB outlet can deliver that you should be ok. Many USB outlets are below that.

Answer:	Tape might not hold well as a long term solution. I wrapped these lights around my girls' canopy beds so I didn't need to hang them, technically. Hooks used for hanging Christmas lights would work well, though.

Answer:	No they do not come off of the wiring. These are LED lights. You do not need to replace them like regular Christmas lights.

Question:	Does it come with a hanging hook
Answer:	Ours came with a hanging hook. it is a lightweight hook but it will do the job.
Question:	What is the weight of the item without the batteries
Answer:	With an 18650 battery and the included S-hook it is 5.75 oz. Removing the S-hook takes it down to 5.64
Question:	So it doesn't come with the charging cord
Answer:	It is a great little light and while it will take rechargeable batteries, there is no provision for charging them inside the light. You would need to take them out and charge them in a separate charger.
Question:	What makes this an "outdoor" light
Answer:	It seems to be well constructed to withstand outdoor use. Mine has been hanging in my gazebo for a few months and is in fine condition and works well to light my cooking space. A good deal!

Question:	Where is it made? I see the dumb answer (made between New York and London) below but really, where is it made
Answer:	It costs only $13 so it's made in China, if it was made in New York it would cost $130, if London $230 :)
Question:	Where is the on/off switch for this lantern
Answer:	Just disassembled mine to make the lens "frosty" instead of clear (keep from burning my retinas!). There's a microswitch on top of the battery compartment. A long spring connected to the LED array presses against the switch to turn it off--extending obviously releases the switch. The battery compartment cover can be installed in 4 positions (rotating 90 degrees between). If not in the correct one of the 4, the spring would never press the normally-closed switch (opening the circuit and turning off the light). If your doesn't turn off, I'd suspect wrong orientation of the cover plate or that the spring has fallen off. Either would be a pretty simple fix. Curiously, I also found the long center screw was installed upside down. The bottom end plastic is shaped to capture the nut. It made initially disassembly slightly more difficult (you'll need a 7mm socket or open-ended wrench).

Answer:	Hello, the ad is not actually showing a battery but the collapsed lantern. It does take AA, 3 of them. I didn't buy my original lantern on Amazon but I came to buy a replacement one and looked at the questions. Oh, mine is having to be replaced because it kept getting borrowed once people saw how great it is until it finally failed to be returned. I'm buying several more as gifts!
