Answer:	I only used it on glass and it worked just fine. And that glass has been outside in the AZ heat now for a year and still looks good. I can't see why it wouldn't also adhere to plastic. And the sparkle is very good. I used both the green and the blue.

Answer:	I live in Oregon and it’s done well on my iron gate. To prep it I used a wire brush to mainly loosen any chips. I didn’t prime first.

Answer:	I have to be honest, metallic is my favorite. But I use gray, white, black, and yellow too. My house is yellow, white and gray and black trim. I like wrought iron, so if I want something to match that I use a shiny black. If I want a dark metallic I use an antique version. It usually is darker with the metallic paint than the shiny metallics. I also sometimes use more than one color to get the look I want.

Answer:	Buy a can of Rust-Oleum American Accents Ultra Cover 2X Semi-Gloss Black Spray Paint and Primer in 1, 12 oz at WalMart for under 4 bucks. It's specifically made for plastics. Drys and doesn't leave fingerprints. Then after 2 coats (give each coat about 1 hour to dry), then you can use the 2x metallic paints which are also under 4 bucks for 12 oz. cans. If they don't have a metal color you want, like copper, you can still use it on the 2x gloss black used as a primer, and barrier from the plastic. It'll bond to the paint instead and come out brilliant after 3 to 4 coats. Yes, I realize this is a 2.5 year old post, but I thought it'd be helpful to those who are shopping now to know how to use this paint properly. :)

Answer:	Possibly.my understanding is that oils polymerise over time.for example lindseed oil takes forever to dry.i would say walnut oil is relativly quick.probably from my experience.multiple light applications over an extended period of time will give best results.walnut oil in my opinion is very easy to work with.

Answer:	16 ounces goes a long way. Just coat the item and allow it to penetrate well. The second coat will not have to be as liberal as the first usually seals about 80%. I would not let it stand over night, but a couple hours before wiping off the excess.

Answer:	This is more of a wood preservative and not so much protectant. It soaks into the wood to keep it oiled. A preservative would sit on top and seal the wood. However, after scratches are made on the surface, Ive found this product to lessen the visual impact of the scratches.

Answer:	I use my oil strictly for cutting board and knife handles but I would say it should be no problem covering the tabletop and you should be able to get more than one application.

Answer:	By kim black Color Name:Cobalt Blue Amazon Verified Purchase Rust-Oleum is my go to outdoor paint. This color is hard to find in stores. It has very good coverage and staying power. See one Rust-Oleum review from another purchase above. I've used black Rust-Oleum on antique cast iron furniture - primed with black primer, then two coats of black Rust-Oleum. It's only been through one summer, but no sign of flaking yet. However, two years ago I painted some old wicker furniture with antique white: definitely do TWO coats, maybe even three if you are repainting wicker, and if the old paint is flaking (it was on my stuff) get as MUCH of it off as you can before repainting. I only had time for one coat on the settee, and that wasn't enough - the new paint has been flaking off all summer. :( But again, I think that has as much to do with prep and undersurface as it does with the paint itself. I think with good prep and complete coverage, it will have decent outdoor durability.

Answer:	Not sure about this product since I have not used it. I would use a spray polyurethane and apply it in a number of coats. It made yellow a little bit with time. I make totems with glass and wood and use spray polyurethane often and it holds up well so far outside.

Answer:	Ok, I just read the garb on the can that I bought and it does not say it is safe for childrens toys. I use that as an indication that it is probably not safe to have in skin contact or be used on something that could possibly come in contact with the mouth if the paint was to peel off. A lot of paint cans say - suitable for childrens toys, if I was you I would look for one that states that, then it should be your best option for the helmet. My thoughts only.

Answer:	No, it's only one. The cans are all different prices depending on the color you get. Some cans are more expensive than others, for instance the Dover White is over $16 but it's still only one can. I don't know why the prices vary so greatly.

Answer:	You need an adapter for most standard cans. Sekt adaptors are probably the most easily found that aren't garbage. They're around 20 bucks. And they are reusable; just clean them like any caps.

Answer:	Yes, they would work fine on Montana Black.

Question:	I ordered the warm gold, the first bottle gave me the color k wanted, the second one didn't! Why is that? I messed up my art piece
Answer:	Always prime and seal when painting to promote color adhesion and then to protect it from chipping or fading. You may also want to rough up the plastic surface first to a very small amount. Slick surfaces have less pores for paint to fill in.

Answer:	Yes, Motsenbocker's Lift Off Spray Paint & Graffiti Remover will remove spray paint and oil-based paint from anodized aluminum without harming the surface.
Question:	Could I paint a knife with it
Answer:	I used it to remove spray paint graffiti from a smooth troweled stucco / cement wall. The paint had been on for weeks. The few minutes the bottle called only took off a little , but then we tried again, left it on for several hours and were able to rub it off with a stiff brush. It worked great. Completely removed it.
Question:	Can this be used on straw
Answer:	I used it on a cars paint surface to remove spray paint and it did not damage the clear coat. I had a bit of over spray from the vandalisim on the plastic flares and was able to get it off with no damage. I don not think you will have an issue but test a small area first. This product works great
Question:	Can you use on flowers
Answer:	Yeah, it worked on my brick townhouse--it lifted off the paint without doing any damage to the brick.
