TIPS:

If the meter can not be turned on or the screen is full of dots, the screen cable is usually loose on the motherboard.

Unscrew the cover (only one screw) then you can see the cable and motherboard. The red circle part is a cable connected to the screen.

First remove the battery, with sharp tweezers, pull back the black clamp, then you can remove the cable, reinstall the cable and tighten the clamp, try installing the battery.
