Answer:	Yes I've been having Minds for a minute now and I have a big problem with my straws well for some importantly reason it does not stay in there and when you try to drink out of it sometimes the strong will push down or and it constantly moves doesn't stay in place I haven't quite figured that out yet but I just take my straw out now and I find is just better to drink it with the nozzle I hope that helps or maybe someone can give better information but that's what I gathered I don't even use the straw

Answer:	I don't really understand the need. On a walk, I carry it on my wrist. If I put it in a hand bag, it doesn't spill. Not sure how it would get dirty. If it does, can be wiped off.
