Question:	What does the number under the degrees mean
Answer:	Frank Munroe's answer is wrong. I don't own this tool so I can't comment on it directly, but his statement that it is hard to see in daylight because it is green is completely wrong. Green lasers are much more visible in direct sunlight than red lasers. They have other drawbacks like shorter battery life and narrower temperature range so it is a trade off to get better visibility.

Answer:	Hi Ruben, The short answer is: 30 degrees and 45 degrees are two of the more common angles that a builder/electrician will use when bending conduit. The numbers under each of these degrees on our TL043M torpedo level are the multipliers that you need to use for these two angles - 1.41 for 45 degrees and 2 for 30 degrees. (every angle has a different multiplier) But this answer is a little too technical to answer in real detail here, so please feel free to google "offset for bending pie" so you can read about it in more detail. Answer:	There are NO magnets on the 48" level.

Answer:	Many contractor levels above 24” have redundant indicators. That is used for when leveling vertical items such as studs during construction, you have a level on the leading edge no matter what side is up. In the field, speed is of the essence. 45 degree angles are rarely used during construction of large items that would require a large level. For example, trusses are hardly at 45 degrees.

Answer:	Yes, but they make one without the clamp screw on one end. The one without the clamp screw on the end is better for you. Both of these are really made for bending and running conduit and they make torpedo levels with magnets that are cheaper and will work fine for what you want.

Answer:	Nice torpedo level, but I've never used the magnet, so I went and tried it on my steel tool box. It stuck like glue. Should work well in your trailer, as long as the door jamb is steel. If the door jamb is aluminum, it's not going to stick.
