Answer:	Yes, it has the strap and slides over the handle of a larger bag.
Question:	Is this cabin size luggage
Answer:	No it is not cabin/travel size. Is a 25-inch suitcase which has to be checked in. I actually bought this a few months ago when I was taking a little vacation to Barbados for a wedding. This one is like a medium they have a size bigger from this one. Looking for something to carry on the plane it usually should run 21in or lower

Question:	Can you use this bag on Southwest? southwest states the check bag has to be 62 inches but when I added the measurements on this bag it is showing
Answer:	I flew Southwest from KC to Oakland with this bag carry on. It fit easily compared to many others and no one complained. This was last October.
