If the thickness of the piece of wood or other building material is greater than .75 inch (19mm), and you wish to get more of a full thickness rather than a shallow measurement, it is a good idea to take measurements in 3/4” mode on both sides and average the readings. Answer:	First, regardless of the meter utilized, in general a meter’s accuracy is somewhat affected by the type and amount of treatment in the wood. Next, the Orion model 930 is well-suited for measuring wood with thicknesses up to 2”. IF there is very little moisture gradient in the thicker pine (3” and above) the depth of readings with the 930 will also represent the overall moisture content of the thicker pieces. Answer:	For measuring the moisture in wood that has fairly smooth, flat surfaces at least 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches, one of Wagner’s non-pin Orion-model moisture meters would be fine. If you have rough, rounded surfaces, you may need to use a pin-type moisture meter with longer pins with insulated shafts on a slide hammer cabled to the actual meter.

Answer:	I scan the docs, it goes to a local folder as a temporary and then rename/re-file them elsewhere. No cloud needed.

Answer:	Girls, left nostril. Boys, right nostril. Make sure you are plugging it into THEIR left and right, not facing them. It's not like a car battery, though. If you plug it into the wrong nostril, it's not going to do any damage to their system. It simply won't scan. Either way, you stand a 50/50 chance of getting it right the first time. This only matters if the kid is under 2 years of age. After that, either can be used--kind of like an electrical outlet allows you to use the top or bottom to plug in. Good luck!

Answer:	While I have not used this particular builders level for the purpose described, I have used it to level numerous (more than 20) foundations and block courses with great accuracy. This level, when set up properly, is one of the most accurate on the market and even surpasses the accuracy of many laser levels that cost much more. I am on my second Dewalt builders level, I donated the first one to an organization that could not afford one, it still operates accurately to this day (it is 12 years old). One word of advice, if at all possible set the level up in an area that is not in direct sunlight if it is hot out, that is the only thing that seems to affect the accuracy (i think it is because the entire level does not expand with the heat at the same time).
