Answer: Hello, Yes all of our tape light can be used one end as a male and the other as a female. We do not offer a 2ft section, only 2in, 1ft, & 5ft. But you can put two 1ft sections together. Answer: The class cover over the light bulb can be removed by using a sharp edge tool to remove the class. The class is held in by a metal ring with 3 contact points that retain the class in the light frame.

Answer: It’s hard wired directly and didn’t come with a plug. Maybe you could attach one if you’re savvy that way? It’s a great light!

Question: How do you replace the light bulb? I can remove the full fixture from the mount but can't figure out how to get to the bulb
Answer: Yes and no. these units come with a cord to be plugged in, so if the dimmer goes to a dedicated outlet for the LED strip, no problem. But you can't just run the cord by itself to a dimmer, as that violates code.However, there is a knockout on the side of these that permits (with a proper connector) the use of romex, so the cord can be dispensed with. again, you need to follow code for running the romex. Usually, if it is inside an island or cabinet, that is no problem. You might want to consult or use a licensed electrician for the wiring.By the way, these are really great units.

Answer: Not sure what an interconnect cable is? This is a direct-wire fixture meaning it is connected directly to house wiring... it does not have a plug.

Answer: I'm not really sure. I would think it would depend on your power source. If the voltage is the same needed by the led it should work. Suggest you contact your local electrical supply house. Those counter guys are usually pretty sharp. Hope that helps.
