Answer:	no. It does not come with a dimmer. I have X10 (home automation) and the dimmer function causes some flickering. Also flicking with with an old style sliding dimmer. I would not use a dimmer with this product.

Answer:	according to the documentation the CRI rating for this light is 80+ Ra. I have it set to the "warm white" setting (3000K) which has the most "yellow" component. This was the best choice for a bedroom with a lot of browns and neutrals.
