Question:	Does the oil stay clean-looking or does it collect residue you can see through the glass? I want to leave it out most of the time
Answer:	NO! The loop where they hang screws into a hole that leads right into the electronics. As they blow in the wind the loop loosens and water will pour right in causing these to fail within months. Read the reviews and you will see this is a very common occurrence.
Question:	What is the wick diameter
Answer:	I bought 2 of these and love the way they look on my outdoor table, one stopped working andI have changed the batteries and it still won't work only our second season
Question:	Does the pole come with the torch lamp bottle
Answer:	It would usually be the batteries. They are located right under the cap where the solar panels are. Be sure to check the number code on the batteries to be sure that you get the correct batteries. Also, the switch can be the problem as well. The connections get rusty from the moisture. I have some that are three years old. I love and still buy replacements.
Question:	What is the diameter of the pole
Answer:	The lantern has a solar charger on it that automatically charges batteries during daylight. Trying to charge a standard non-rechargeable battery is not recommended. I haven't ever tried, so I don't know what will happen, but I highly doubt the result would be positive.
