Answer:	Yes you can.
Question:	How do you get them to turn on and how do you get them to connect? I did not receive any instructions with package
Answer:	There is a "timer" button on the remote, when you press it, you see the lights blink, then it's set. You just leave lights there, it will be on for 6 hours forward, then shut off for 18 hours, then on again for 6 hours... once you set the timer, it'll be still working when you use the remote to change lighting mode, brightness etc.. However, if you shut off the lights or change lighting mode by pressing the control button on the battery case, or shut it off by removing battery, then timer will need to be set again. Hope this help.

Answer:	Hey! I use the remote every time to turn it on. I plugged it into one of those charging blocks that comes with iphone chargers (because I have so many lying around lol). Answer:	I used safety pins to pin the top string of the lights to the curtain. I had a shorter window so I doubled the light strings and used another safety pin to pin the bottom of the light strong to the top of the curtain. This made a nice full light curtain.
