| Answer: | I bought this back in 2017 and here it is 2019 and we are still using it! Have gone through maybe 1 or 2 sets of batteries and it's used a LOT! (like once a week). We have found through our experiences and talking with others that if you turn the cards FACE UP and shuffle them, then it works better. Probably because of the natural curve that gets more and more distorted as you play and as people hand shuffle, that causes the cards to not shuffle so well in the shuffler. So try it and the product will continue to work like a gem! |
